    Description

    You are bidding on a lot of 20 used revenue stamps from the United States.  There are two short sets, both issued in 1898 and depicting a battleship.  The proprietary set (RB20 to RB31) is missing the 1-7/8 (RB26) and 3-3/4 (RB29) cent values; the documentary set (R161 to R171) is missing the 40 (R170) and 80 (R172) values.  Both sets are rouletted.  See scan.
