    Top quality stainless metric hex head cap screws A4 grade.  A4 is stainless has better corrosion resistance in salt water and harsh chemical environments.  Slightly stronger then A2 also.

    How to measure screw lengths:
    The thread length of socket head cap screws, button head cap screws, and hex head screws are measured from under the head to the tip of the screw.  Socket flat head cap screws are measured from the top of the head to the tip of the screw.

    Unless there is special tread or length; stainless metric screws are all the same. They come from the same plants overseas which are primarily in Europe and Taiwan.  So whether is a flat head, button head, or socket head, you might as well buy it from the seller who gives you the most for your money.
    STAINLESS IS NOT AS STRONG AS HARDENED STEEL BOLTS.
    Stainless Tensile strength is 80,000-90,000 psi.  Grade 8.8 bolts are 120,000 PSI. Grade 10.9 bolts are 150,000 psi.  So using these in critical applications may not be wise.
